Areas of expertise include:

Responsible for the successful implementation of PeopleSoft FSC (Financials & Supply Chain), HCM (Payroll & HR), Portal and ELM (Learning Management) with a project budget of $3m.

  • Managed implementation expectations and deliverables at all levels of the organisation
  • Provided project feedback to the steering committee and the CFO (project sponsor) and GM Information Systems.
  • Retained (after the completion of phase 1) as the ERP programme manager; established project priorities and authorised all the work associated with Peoplesoft including completion of the payroll implementation
  • Completed detailed plans for the implementation of further Peoplesoft modules

Project Management, Process Design, Business Analysis, Systems Implementation and Support

Responsible for overseeing and driving TMC as a start-up company to sell the assets as a going concern established by the receivers of the Central North Island Forestry Partnership.

  • Working under very tight time constraints driven by the receivers, to define business requirements and complete the implementation of the chosen core forestry and weighbridge systems and the interfaces between these and the other systems (eg SAP, GIS, etc).
  • All systems were operational on day one
  • Retained (after go live) to assist with managing further development and to provide support and leadership to the IS team
