the Financials modules in the Greentree ERP solution, and contributed to other modules such as job costing, distribution, payroll
and CRM. Greentree used an Agile approach to software development including daily stand ups, backlog grooming, scrums and sprints.
Responsible for driving Microsoft Dynamics implementation projects across the New Zealand, Australia, and PNG.
This included ensuring clients obtained expected benefits within the agreed timeframe and budget.
Managed a team of 25 staff and contractors supporting and developing the information systems for 6 companies in
the Forestry sector.
