This page enables entries to be submitted to the club administrator by email. There are options (not shown) to:

• enable entries to be paid using a Paypal account.
• to confirm if a swimmer has meet the required qualifying times for the meet

To submit a meet entry

• enter and confirm your email address
• Select a swimmer and meet
• check the enter box for the events to be entered
• select the payment method and click submit entry

Notes:

• only events for the age group and gender of the swimmer will be shown. The club administrator will confirm any meet entry time requirements.
• Existing entries will be shown where the email address, swimmer's name and meet are the same
• If the Paypal payment option is used, after submitting an entry the user is taken to the Paypal screen to login and authorise payment. Appropriate actions are taken depending on whether the monies are paid or the payment is not completed. Emails are generated to the Paypal account holder and club recorder based on this.
