Uniform Order Form

This page enables club members to order club uniform without needing to directly contact the uniform coordinator. The submitted details are emailed to the uniform coordinator and copied to the orderer. To reduce errors the order information is validated before the order is emailed.

There is also a web interface allowing the uniform coordinator to create or delete items and amend prices.
